Excellent crossover soul, you could be fooled into thinking this was gonna go in a heavy country-soul direction but not at all. Hard record to find. We all used to sweat his first album back in the Soulstrut prehistorical days. It literally took me 20 years to come across this one in the field! Promo copy too.
